Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting/Finance and the following:

• Active CPA and/or Inactive CPA
• 7 years of experience as a Director or VP of Finance and/or Controller. Will also consider CFO level candidates who have been recently promoted with a few years of experience.
• Previous experience managing full-cycle accounting processes for a $500 Mil. annual revenue company (the higher the ARR, the better!)
• Strong understanding of internal controls, forecasting, cash management & maintaining strong banking relationships.
• Strong financial modeling experience - Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel (Pivots, Vlookup) and/or similar reporting tools.
• A keen eye for managing cash flow from multiple types of revenue streams and identifying areas for capital savings.

Desired but not required:

• Technical proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tools such as Power BI are a strong advantage
• Finance/Accounting experience with a high growth, privately held company highly preferred
• Have managed the finance for a business with YoY growth, enacting change management with each new business milestone.
